Pricing
We reserve the right to revise our prices without preceding notice. The prices in price lists, quotations and other documents are exclusive of VAT-tax.
Minimum charge
We reserve the right to apply a minimum charge of 75:- SEK exclusive of VAT, packing and freight costs.
Rounding off
Rounding off are calculated according to Swedish and/or European rules.
Delivery
If no other agreement is made, goods that are not in stock when receiving the order, is backordered for later delivery. The delivery times indicated are subject to any delays from our suppliers and intermediate sales.
Packaging
Packing material are normally charged and are not refundable.
Freight
If no other agreement is made, all prices are Ex Works Södertälje.
Refunding
Any returns have to be approved by us and shall be notified within 10 days after delivery. For later returns, we reserve the right to reduce the credited amount. For returns made not caused by us, a credit entry to the amount of 400:- SEK is debited plus taxes. Parts that we do not normally keep in stock are only returnable after approval from our supplier. In that case, deduction for freight and other costs are made. If no other agreements are made all returns shall be sent with the freight cost prepaid.
Workshop
If jobs are not finished, we reserve the right to debit the actual amount of time that has been put on the job (maximum 60% of the fixed labour cost). For jobs that are terminated and later resumed, we reserve the right to debit any extra cost that this would bring (maximum 4 hours, providing interruption is not caused by us).
Receiving inspection
Any complaints about incorrect deliveries, such as wrong number of items or wrong p/n delivered must be notified to us within 10 days of receipt of delivery.
Payment
As agreed. Eventual credit after credit survey. If our payment conditions are not followed credit can be withdrawn.
Interest
Interests for overdue payment are debited with the discount rate of 8%. We reserve the right to debit costs for reminders (50:- SEK per reminder).
Warranty
Warranty conditions are according to the terms of respective Swedish trade organisation or those from our principles. For further details please contact Trans-Auto AB. In case of warranty consideration we shall be contacted to judge how we would like the matter to be dealt with. Our warranties will not cover for costs due to disassembly/assembly, production loss or any other loss of profit and/or other consequential losses.

Force majeure
Refers to NL 01.
Dispute
Shall in first hand be solved through negotiations, in other case by arbitrator according to The Swedish law. |
